2.Set Your Connection as Metered
You could also set your current WI-Fi connection as “metered”. That is the best option you have. When you set a connection as metered, you are telling Windows it’s a connection with restricted data such as a mobile data/limited data connection or a WI-Fi Hotpot from a smartphone you are tethered to. Windows won’t upload any updates on a metered connection if it won’t even automatically download most Windows updates. 

To set your current Wi-Fi network as a metered connection, 
1.    Go to Settings
2.    Click on Network & Internet
3.    Click on Wi-Fi.
4.    Click on your connected Wi-Fi Network on the right side.
5.     Toggle on the option saying Set as Metered Connection.

This is not necessary if you have already disabled peer-to-peer updates. That will also prevent your Windows 10 PC from sharing updates with other computers on the same local PC network.

3.  The Right click on BITS & Open Open Services -->> Then select Background Intelligent Transfer Service.
4.   Right-click & click on properties
5.   Then under the General Tab Select the Disable in Startup type
6.   Finally, Apply -->> OK


7. Uninstall One Note app
If you do not use One Note app, you need to uninstall it to save bandwidth spent on syncing files and folders. It also makes your Windows 10 system slow down and lagging.
To uninstall One Note just search One Note, just search One Note in the search box of Windows 10, do a right-click and uninstall, it.


8. Block Windows 10 "Spying"
As usually, Microsoft used Windows 10 to collect your information as well as the other usage data. That can be an issue for user’s privacy as well as limited their internet bandwidth and slow down the user’s internet speed.
